It’s cheap but has a refined solution with a dual module for the rear camera: Doogee Shot 1 is meant for those who love mobile photography and on a budget.
Doogee announced a new smartphone designed for those who love the bokeh, with the background in photos and portraits but do not want to spend several hundred Euros to purchase a top of the range. Doogee Shoot 1 is the new device family featuring a double rear camera with sensors 13 and 8 megapixels. It is a large size model because of the 5.5-inch display integrated Full HD resolution.
Shoot 1 will be “soon” at the official sales channels in Europe: the most interesting part of the product is undoubtedly the back, where we find two photographic modules that work together to offer special effects simulated in post-production, such as the background blurry we mentioned earlier. The main 13 megapixels sensor is manufactured by Samsung and uses a phase detection AF system, while the secondary is 8 megapixels and is responsible for collecting the metadata environment to detect the depth of the individual elements.
Next to the camera is a dual LED flash, while the front we find an 8-megapixel camera with wide-angle lens for selfies. The smartphone is a fingerprint sensor with DTOUCH technology to unlock the device, while the 5.5-inch Full HD displays production Sharp. Under the shell, there is a quad-core processor MediaTek MTK6737T, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage via microSD. The built-in battery is a lithium-ion battery from 3,000 mAh non-removable as has become customary in the product category.
