Presents the 2016 edition NAMM, Japanese brand Fostex presented the helmet TH-900 MK2, a new version of TH-900, boasting new cables now removable.
Not surprisingly, this MK2 version of borrows many of the features of its predecessor. Decidedly upscale, this stereo headphone is adorned with 390 grams headphones bentula lenta Japan (also known as black birch, mahogany birch, cherry birch, etc.) coated with a lacquer finish Urushi, maroon. These headsets are accompanied pads quilted leather.
The little novelty lies in the asymmetric 3-meter cable which is now removable. Its connector is 6.35mm Rhodium Plated. The headset comes with a carrying case and a carrier. Another 3 m cable with an XLR connector is optional. The TH-900 MK2 carries two loudspeakers 50 mm neodymium magnets and diaphragm owner Biodyna. They promise a frequency response from 5 Hz to 45 kHz with an impedance of 25 Ohms and only a maximum power of 1800 mW. Sensitivity is announced at 100 dB/mW.
