Oppo A51 leaked by TENAA

We continue to be surprised by the dynamism of some Chinese brands that span from the beginning of the year to a new constant rate. Oppo is clearly one of them. We saw the R1C, the U3, the Mirror 3, the 3000, the R7 and R7 Plus, the Oppo A51 (known as we called Neo 5S) or the Joy Plus. These entire mobile will soon be joined by the A51, a new smartphone that comes with Tenaa to obtain certification. A passage that left few traces in the Chinese organization databases.

We learn that the smartphone Oppo A51 should be based on a technical platform very similar to the A31, with some changes that involve the size of the screen, but also a slight change in range. Start exploring the data sheet by the IPS screen. The latter reached the size of 5 inches and displays images in 720p. Is a resolution of 294 pixels per inch. These two elements correspond to an economic offer 4G to 200 euros.

This is true with the chipset and the elements that accompany it. The first is a quad-core 1.2 GHz model supports 4G (TD-LTE). This should be, logically, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 already met in the A31. For the HD screen, the component is supported by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable by microSD always). Note Oppo has doubled the RAM and storage space by increasing the size of the screen.

Picture side, we find an 8 megapixel sensor and 5 megapixel rears to the front. This is certainly the same sensors as the A31. The set runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop certainly serving base by ColorOS whose last version was presented with the R7 and R7 Plus. The set is stored in a frame of 7.65 mm thick for a total weight of 160 grams. Oppo A51 is available in two colors: gold and white.

The presence of the A51 in the basics Tenaa suggests formalization in the coming weeks, certainly before the end of June. Its price should be around 1500 yuan, or 250 euros, as the A31, which seems to be his little brother has sold 999 yuan. The question is whether, as the latter, it will have a global launch.
